Justin, Kate, and the kids came to visit us, so we went caving and of course were enteratained by the treadmill. It was great fun had by all... or so we hope! It was really windy and cold outside, so that wasn't too much fun, but the caves were fairly warm! Oh, and Alyssa skinned her knee, a sign of what is to come. Woo hoo.
